- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆The lady who normally works there is friendly, competent and very helpful. When she is gone the service goes downhill. The girl working on 1/30/17 at 4 pm could not send a certified letter to the IRS because the scale was "broken". She could not log on to the other scale, could not figure out how to work the computer to get around the scale problem. Her only solution was that I might make it to another post office before 5 pm, and said there was nothing she could do about sending the letter to the IRS certified mail. How nice - good thing I had an extra day before the deadline!By J. Todd Coletti, February 16, 2017
